  • Auto VAT + Sort Payments calculates wrong amounts

Hi,

since month I am disappointed because of Auto VAT and Sort payments do not properly work together. The percentages used in sort payments are calculated based on the original amount and not based the original amount minus the VAT. I wonder why I can‘t find reports about this in the community.

I wonder how are people dealing with this?

    I can‘t imagine, that this is not an issue other people are facing as well? Or do you just calculate different percentages based on the original amount as a workaround?

      Maybe because the VAT is different in countries ?
