L'excuse de l'impact environnemental est assez surprenant quand on sait que bunq propose par défaut 3 cartes alors qu'une seule suffirait 🙄
Pour ma part, une carte metal n'est pas indispensable, mais j'aimerai cependant pouvoir choisir un design plus sobre pour ma carte bunq. Le design présenté sur ce fil correspond tout a fait a ce que que nombreux clients attendent je pense.
Le design actuel des cartes est sympathique pour un adolescent, mais dans mon cas (nombreux voyages et déjeuners professionnels), ce design criard ne fait pas sérieux...

Ik vind ook dat er meerdere/andere keuzes moeten zijn voor de kaarten.
Ik woon/kom in buurten waar je beter geen regenboog kaart kan trekken als je heelhuids thuis wil komen, daarom gebruik ik de kaarten amper. Meestal google of apple pay.
En sowieso een bank die keuzevrijheid predikt zou ons meer keuzes moeten geven.

One reason why I only use Apple pay. But in the rare cases where apple pay isn't accepted, I use my curve card. I hate taking out my goofy rainbow card.

Je pense d'ailleurs les adolescents sont la cible principale de bunq. Cependant, bunq n'arrivera pas a se développer s'ils ignorent les autres catégories de clients, et surtout ignore les demandes populaires sur together (plus de design de cartes est la demande la plus populaire, depuis 2 ans !!!).
Un exemple : je possède la carte travel, le premium m'intéresse mais je ne le prendrait pas tant que le client n'aura pas le choix du design de carte, et surtout tant que bunq proposera 3 cartes alors qu'une seule suffit, ce qui écologiquement est très mauvais. Une seule MasterCard credit permet de tout faire ! Je ne comprends pas l'utilité de maestro et debit, qui ne devraient être proposés qu'en option (par exemple option payante pour chaque carte supplementaire).

Sorry, but this I really have to counter. One of the moderators has a tool to keep track of the topics with the most upvotes. As you can see the "If this, then that" topic is by far the most popular one. Followed by Apple Pay. bunq is not ignoring popular wishes; in fact, from this list only iDIN and Custom card images still need to be implemented. The others all have been implemented already. bunq just can't implement everything in one go, and they need to decide what brings most (additional) value to the product. Anyway, the Custom Cards design is a very popular wish, but not the most popular one, and it is definitely not the case that bunq ignores popular requests.

I understand this argument, but when you live in a country like The Netherlands it does not hold. In the Netherlands acceptance of the Mastercard is much lower than Maestro. Maestro is the standard used here, all banks issue Maestro cards by default. Without one you would bump into issues often enough. A single card is simply not feasible yet in our current world. That's why bunq offers multiple types of cards, to give you the best coverage they can offer. You can always choose to not order the cards you don't need. 😁 The metal version of cards would be nice, but then they should also be valid for a longer period of time I think, otherwise we are just changing from plastic to metal and throw away our metal every 4 years. Ideally I would have no cards at all, but that might take a bit longer I'm afraid. 🙂
