@Ali Thanks! I read your reply with a smile on my face, definitely in a good way. But keeping in mind, why won't bunq give official statements as informative as this? I really wish there were more comments like this. I understand some problems can't be fixed right away, and quite sure a lot of bunqers would think the same. I mean West-Germany, seriously?
There are a lot of smart people here on Together and bet they aren't that easily impressed by an experience like I quote "a short post/reply and a couple of smiley's" from support. I kind of like this personal/friend-like approach most of the time but it will be different when someone seriously runs into trouble..
So far I have always understood that bunq has a vision which includes being transparent, but this really can be done while keeping the new features a surprise. As long as the information is clear and true, bunq will already have an advantage over the traditional banks where a huge amount of support posts are still unclear or faulty just to shush the client for the time being.
Btw, this comment is not extra oil on the ๐ฅ. It's just a supportive comment for the future. Keep on bunqing ๐๐ช
