• Not able to switch plans without closing all the counts.

Hello
I'm new to Bunq and I'm trying the first month of Green. Now I want to change my plan and go for Easy Bank. Do I have to move all the money to an external account and then re-open a new one? Will I lose my IBAN?
Help.

@New-Mango-Eagle-3811522743#225039 Do I have to move all the money to an external account and then re-open a new one?

No. Just change your current plan. You can do this whenever you feel like it by going to Profile tab > Settings (top right) > My plan. Don't open more than 1 bunq user account.

    Will I lose my IBAN?

    No.

      Thanks for the reply Jacob!
I saw the message error and followed the tips. Thanks.

@New-Mango-Eagle-3811522743#225119 The biggest change between Easy Money/Easy Green and the smaller Easy Bank plan is the limit to only have a single sub-account and a single card. But as long as you didn't use more than one of each, changing your plan won't affect them. In case you want to change to a smaller plan but you're over the limits of the plan you're trying to change to, the app will warn you and/or make you remove extraneous accounts and cards.

Here's an overview of what is included with the Easy Bank plan: https://together.bunq.com/d/44002-easy-bank

I know I am a bit off the subject here, but I need help, I am new to Bunq and I was able to change my plan recently when I got notified that my account will be closed or re-instated on 22 August( I did not really understand that part ..but cool_) Now the issue is I am not able to add money to my account. Is there something I may have done wrong?

@New-Brown-Butterfly-1636057477#262935 That is really a personal issue with your account that you should ask bunq support directly about. We here on the community forums do not know what state your account is in, what you have done so far, etc.

Hello, I want to switch from Easy Green to Easy savings and ive gone through the motions above, however as I have subaccounts I cannot change. How can I go unto the easy savings plan and keeping the money I have in the accounts?

@New-Black-Chimpanzee-654718291#271435 You can do that by moving all your money from your subaccounts to a single savings goal, and close the other subaccounts. If you want multiple subaccounts, you'll need at least Easy Money.

@Jakob-Y#225045 Hi, I want to upgrade for Easy Savings to Easy Bank. For this I need to close one of my two savings accounts. What happens to the money in that account if I continue the process and click the Close account button?

                    Hey @New-Ivory-Mare-18561982#289746 😊

Thanks for getting in touch with us here!

You can't close an account if there's money in it. To close a Bank Account, ensure the balance is 0. Fortunately, this can be easily resolved by transferring the funds from the account you want to close to another account 👌

You can just tap on the Pay button in the Accounts menu, and transfer the remaining funds to a different bank account. You can so this by clicking here or by following the steps below:

                    1. Go to the Home page and tap on the sub-account you want to make a payment from
                    2. Select 🟠 Pay
                    3. Fill in the amount and tap on Choose Recipient
                    4. Fill in the recipient by entering an email address, phone number or IBAN of the person you wish to pay. It can also be the name of a bunqer or the account name of one of your monetary accounts (if you want to send money between your accounts)
                    5. Confirm, and if needed, add more recipients and a description
                    6. Confirm with Send payment ✅

After the balance is exactly 0 EUR you can proceed and close this account. Check out how to close a monetary account below:

                    1. Home
