How does it work?
If you have any questions or you need further explanations, simply reach out to our Support team and they’ll take over from there.
Our support guide will view your account with limited access to your money and payments so that they can show you how a certain feature works. This means that they’ll have limited technical access to your account, however our Support team won’t have the option to do payments, transfers and requests. You can learn more about this in our Terms and Conditions under Chapter 23. called "Guide Impersonification".
After the Support guide successfully gains limited access to your account, they’ll make a screen recording for you and once finished - they'll send the screen recording through your chat with them. Now you can see how to fix the problem or find what you need, in the meantime - our guide will leave your account untouched and won't have limited access anymore.
