• Still waiting on payment

Every week I receive a bank transfer from an ing account for my work. However this week I still have not received my payment. My employer sent the money to me on Sunday and it is now Tuesday and there’s no money in the account. When am I expected to see this payment come through?

                Ik heb afgelopen dinsdag nacht 2 overboekingen gedaan naar ING en ABN en gister was het nog steeds niet op de rekening van de mensen . Echt lastig dit . Ik heb woensdag contact gehad met jullie en antwoord was 1 a 2 dagen maar het is nu al 3 dagen . Wat is de reden

                      a SEPA transfer can take up to 1-2 business days, sometimes even 3 days. Weekends and holidays do not count. Bunq handles all outgoing transactions as instant transfers, bunq does support RT1 and TIPS regarding instant payments.
                      The incoming transaction depends on the bank which made the transaction and the instant network they use, if the transaction is handled as regular or instant SEPA.
