• Custom bunq.me page background image

Hey everyone!
I've been using bunq for a while and I've been enjoying it a lot! But I recently stumbled upon this detailed bunq review and one thing stood out - it mentions that you can customize your bunq.me link by using a custom image you upload as the page's background image. However, I could not find an option to do so in the app - it seems like I can only select background color, but not actually upload a custom image. I do see others' bunq.me pages having various hilarious images on them, so I was wondering if there is a way I can set it up for my link?

    I have an old bunq.me link with a custom background, now I've created a separate link for a joint account of mine (with an old-time user as well) and I can't seem to upload an image anywhere. Did something change?

      When you go to the "Personalize Page" tab of your bunq.me link, you should be able to change the photo of the page by clicking on the white square preview, just above the colours list. It will give you then the option to take a photo or choose a file 😊

      Let me know if this now solves the issue 🌈

          This does work, however (at least on Android) the square within a square within a square where you need to tap to change the photo is ridiculously tiny. Tell the mobile boys to improve that please ;)

Note that you should also be able to edit your business account bunq.me links too if you go to Home > Click on the sub-account > Click bunq.me > Select the link > Click on the picture > Click Pick Photo 🙌 If this doesn't work, please reach out to our support team via the app, and our guides will check if there's a problem 🙏
