Hey, my travel card expires in 2023 and I'm wondering if it will be renewed. I remember an update stating that bunq doesn't support its travel card product any longer. If that's the case, which card replaces it and what are the differences?

@DomKuhn#238700 The Travel Card as a product hasn‘t been touched. It is now called just „bunq Credit Card“ or „bunq Mastercard“.

What has been deprecated is the Easy Travel plan. As soon as the card from your old Easy Travel plan expires, you will have to choose another plan.

The cheapest plan that includes a card of your choice is currently the Easy Bank plan. You can find an overview of all plans on the website: https://www.bunq.com/plans

Hey, I already have an Easy Money plan. Will this credit card still have withdrawals without charge? I am using it when traveling and therefore need to be able to withdraw without paying a fee for each withdrawal.

This is not accurate as I am not being charged any fee for withdrawal with my travel card.

@DomKuhn#238727 Hi Dominik, the information on the website and in the FAQ topic is always updated and accurate. If you‘re using the Easy Money plan, the every month the first 4 ATM withdrawals are free. After that, fees will apply.

There’s also a PDF with all pricing information on the website: https://www.bunq.com/policies/make-life-easy/pricing (button on the left)

Currency conversion for card payments will cost you 0.5% in the Easy Money plan. It’s not charged separately but as part of the payment amount. bunq calls this a „network fee“.
