Markus Should work just fine. You both need at least Easy Money or Easy Green plan, though. If your girlfriend is using the Easy Bank plan, then she can only be part of at most 1 Joint account. However, she could still accept Connect invites. If that's not the issue here, then you probably would need to wait on an answer from support, because in my experience what you're trying to do is definitely possible.
