  • [REPORTED] Error message when downgrading to Easy Savings

Hello!
I accidentally upgraded to Easy Money and I want to go back to Easy Savings, however, when I try to change plan, it tells me I need to close all my accounts.
Does it mean I need to move my money outside of bunq and move it back after the switch?
It doesn't really make sense but this is the message I get:
"Your must close your accounts before downgrading to Easy Savings"

    Hi @New-Bronze-Alligator-2410730494#238949 !

    The Easy Savings plan doesn't include extra sub-accounts, only one savings account. You should close all additional ones prior to changing the plan.

      I have done that and now, when I try to switch, it tells me what you can see below. Even if I have clicked on switch plans, not close account. Very weird
      "Error
      Unable to close this bank account. The balance must be exactly zero."

                I have same question bcoz I closed already all of additionals and subaccount but there is still a info that i have also close the main account before downgrading for switch the plan. Looks like ill lost the money
