Ik heb een easy bank account voor €2,99 in de maand en zie dat er een nieuwe pakket is toegevoegd ter waarde van €19,99. Dat is de additionele 25 digicard package.

Bij het Easy Bank abonnement zitten standaard geen DigiCards inbegrepen, enkel 1 fysieke betaalkaart. Mogelijk heb je deze package per ongeluk geactiveerd door een DigiCard aan te maken.

Met een easy bank account heb naast een fysieke kaart altijd gebruik gemaakt van virtuele kaarten. Wat is het verschil tussen een digicard en een virtuele kaart?

Maybe you had a virtual Tap&Pay card before or something similar? Not all virtual cards have previously counted, but that was never contractually guaranteed. DigiCard is now just the new name for virtual cards aka online cards.

In any case, officially Easy Bank doesn't include the usage of any DigiCards / virtual cards whatsoever. If you don't want to pay extra costs, just use your physical card. It can be used for mobile payment with Google Pay and Apple Pay and also works online everywhere if you have chosen a Mastercard (unfortunately Maestro is not always accepted in international online shops).

Should you require more precise assistance with a charge from bunq, then I would recommend contacting them through Private Support. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:

Jakob that doesn't exist anymore. Bunq is going downhill from hill. Billing people without any communication. What a shame. I won't recommend them anymore and discourage people because I'm also one of the additionele 25 digicard package scam from bunq.

You can solve it by closing the accounts that got you over your plan's limit. If you're unsure about that, ask support to have a look at your account and explain it to you.

Ik heb afgelopen week zomaar uit het niets een factuur gekregen van eur 19,99 voor een 'Additional 25 Digicard package'. Ik weet zeker dat ik geen enkele bestelling heb geplaatst of abonnement heb afgesloten. Ik heb contact opgenomen met support, maar die reageren vooralsnog niet.
Ik wil dus graag mijn geld terug, omdat ik die Digicards helemaal niet besteld heb en ook niet nodig heb. Ik weet geeneens wat het zijn.

H. Het zijn de virtuele kaarten. Je maakt die aan via "Home > Toevoegen > Pas toevoegen > Digicard."

Deze digicards zijn niet in alle abonnementen inbegrepen. Zoniet, betaal je ervoor.

In jouw geval heb je misschien perongeluk ergens op getikt en een kaart aangemaakt of is het een fout, bunq betaalt je de kosten hoogstwaarschijnlijk terug.

I just looked today at my old bunq bank account and noticed they started to charge my account 19.99 since December. No new contracts signed, I didn't even use the account at all. No communications, no emails. My old plan doesn't even exist on the website anymore. Bunq looks like a bank from my 3rd world country with hidden absurd charges.

My girlfriend has Easy Money and needed a new physical card. Now she gets charged 19,99€ for "Additional 25 DigiCards" which she never booked and isn't using. What a shit show!
