How do I submit payment documents?

Sometimes our relevant department requires some additional information regarding your payments. You can easily handle their application through the bunq app.

How can I upload a document in the app?

You can provide the needed documents easily through a pending event tab you can find on your Home tab if requested.

Open your bunq app
Look for Awaiting Events on top of the Profile tab
Select the event in question
Follow the flow and upload your document 🚀

I can’t see an event. What should I do?

If you experience issue with this method, you can always submit them to our Support team.
