How do I submit payment documents?

Sometimes our relevant department requires some additional information regarding your payments. You can easily handle their application through the bunq app.

How can I upload a document in the app?

You can provide the needed documents easily through a pending event tab you can find on your Home tab if requested.

Go to the 👤 Profile tab
Look for Awaiting Events
Select the event in question
Follow the flow and upload your document(s) 🚀

I can’t see an event. What should I do?

If you experience issues with this method, you can always submit them to our Support team.
