With the new bunq Update 20, we’ve introduced Supertickets and some updates to our Community tab. You’ll be able to gain points and level up, which will provide you benefits such as faster support and new trophies ✨
Below, you’ll find how your level is calculated and what brings you extra points.
What are the levels?
🔴 Rookie / 1-50 points
🟠 Champ / 51-150 points
🟡 Ace / 151- 1,000 points
🟢 Wizard / 1,001-5,000 points
🔵 Prodigy / 5,001- 10,000 points
🟣 Master / 10,001- 30,000 points
⚪️ Legend / More than 30,000 points
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by the following criteria:
- Comment on together / + 5 points
- Post on together / + 10 points
- Rate a guide / + 5 points
- Get a 1-2 star rating from Support / - 10 points
- Get a 3 star rating from Support/ + 5 points
- Get a 4-5 star rating from Support / + 10 points
Where can I check my level?
Your level will appear next to your name every time you leave a comment in a Together thread.
