Vandaag door Frankrijk en Spanje gereden maar met de travelcard geen Tol betalingen kunnen doen. Wie heeft hier ervaring mee?

    Did you check your card is enabled outside of your home country ?
    To do so, in the App tap on the card, then tap on settings (top right corner) and make sure the countries you want to use your card in are allowed from your card settings (and also the limits):

      One detail, but I am sure you are aware, the amount you wanted to pay for with your card needs to be available on the bunq sub account the card is linked to.

      Say you need to pay 10 €, on the bunq sub account linked to the card you want to use you need to have at least 10 €.

        @Cornelis-Azure-Leopard#241302 Es könnte sein, dass die Mautstation offline ist. Dann benötigt man eine Karte mit offline PIN. Dies wird prinzipiell von den bunq Karten unterstützt, muss aber erst aktiviert werden. Die Funktion wird aktiviert indem man einmal an einem Terminal das online ist mit gesteckter Karte und PIN Eingabe bezahlt.
