So I created this Bunq account almost a month ago. During this I’ve created one Dutch and one US sub-account and gotten myself a credit card whilst on a free trial of the easy green plan. Soon I will be switching to the free plan, so I was wondering if any of these features will be turned off for me or something along those lines. Does anyone know if my sub-accounts will be closed or my credit card deactivated?

@Julianvdh#245079 Hey Julian! If you're switching to Easy Savings - our free plan, then indeed, you can only have a savings account and no cards. To be able to switch, you have to cancel your card and your monetary accounts. You can find more info on the Easy Savings plan here: https://together.bunq.com/d/48138 💡

Thanks for the question and your participation! If you mean switching from the Easy Savings plan to the Easy Bank plan, it's instant. To give you full control at any time, you can always change your plan directly from your bunq app 🙌

Important: Before changing to a different plan, you should have at least one active and operating Bank Account, so it can be set as the billing account.
