            Please know that you‘re posting to the community forum. There are several reasons why an account can be blocked, which can’t be answered here in the community by us regular users. It would be guessing and not a real help to you.

            To help you with your account contact bunq Support in the app by following these steps:

            1. Go to Profile
            2. Tap on Settings ⚙️in the right corner on top
            3. Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support

            As an alternative, you can also send an email to support@bunq.com from the email address you’re registered at bunq 🌈

                Also mein Chef hat wollte mir mein Lohn aufm Konto Uberweisen die Zahlung wurde abgelehnt und wider zurück überwiesen

                    Wie lange besteht dein Konto? Ist es eine DE oder NL Iban?
                    Weißt du zufällig von welcher Bank dein Chef überweisen wollte? Zuletzt gab es Nutzer die berichteten Probleme mit Überweisungen von einigen Sparkassen an bunq zu haben.
                    All dies könnten Faktoren sein warum es nicht geklappt hat. Ich bekomme z.B. ohne Probleme meinen Lohn auf das bunq Konto und das seit ich bei bunq bin.

                        @New-Burgundy-Badger-4001797236#245894 Dein Chef muss dann wohl mit seiner Sparkasse sprechen, wieso sie die Überweisung deines Gehalts an dein bunq Konto nicht durchführt.
