Nicolae Ionita I had the same situation with the Dutch Belastingdienst. But as far as I know, they are not asking for ONE document with your name, IBAN, and BSN. It can be multiple documents.
So you can send a copy of your ID card/passport (which contains your BSN), together with a bank statement (which contains your IBAN). After that, my IBAN was verified, and could be used to receive money from the Belastingdienst.
