Issue verifying business account

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have a solution to a business account not getting verified?

It should take max 7 days and I have been waiting 8 and counting.
Every detail or document I was asked for, I provided on that first day, and everything in the app suggests the account is verified, but it isn't.
I keep seeing a yellow banner at the bottom of my screen, saying VERIFY NOW.
If I click it, it asks that I submit additional details, but if I click those details I get the message YOU ARE SUCCESSFULLY VERIFIED.

Customer support only sends me solutions on how to log in to my other bank account, or how to open a bank account, or how to reset my security code, or send me info suggesting that I should submit shareholder reports?

Does anyone have a proper solution that actually matches my question?
I just want a bank account... doesn't seem like it should be this hard...

Kyle Hi Kyle 😊 Could it be possible that the new business account you are trying to set up has the same KvK number as your already existing business account? In that case, you cannot create a separate account for it, as your KvK number is already registered. Thank you, Tyler! That is exactly the case. Does this sub account include a separate account number, and debit+credit card?

Kyle It will have a separate account number, yes, and you can order a new card as well, to link it to the account.
