Heb al de documenten toegevoegd al een week geleden maar mijn account is nog niet geverifieerd.

Iemand enig idee hoelang dit normaal gesproken duurt ?

    @New-Navy-Newt-2985312215#251595 Dit duurt soms 5 minuten, soms Β±2 weken. Dit hangt af van waar je woont, de leesbaarheid van je foto van je identiteitskaart, de kwaliteit van je opgenomen video, en de drukte bij bunq support. Je krijgt vanzelf een melding als je account geverifieerd is!

    Bunq is een officiΓ«le bank, alle gegevens moeten juist zijn voordat je een account kunt opnemen. Nog even geduld!

      I have applied for a VVE account about a week ago, the message today is that I have to wait another 2 weeks for verification? Is this a normal procedure or is something wrong you believe? Especially important as the insurance company wants to withdraw some money.. Thanks, Wouter

        I’ve checked your Business account and it is currently pending approval from the dedicated team. As a bank, we are required by law and by our internal company guidelines to perform specific checks to make sure everything will run smoothly with your bunq business banking experience. Please know that every business account takes different time to be reviewed depending on its activities, structure and provided documentation.

        Your application will be completed as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep an eye out for notifications within the app in case the team reaches out to you with a request for additional information πŸ™Œ

                  I am a bit confused. I already have a personal and business bunq account. Now opened a new business account for a foundation and in the app it says it takes 3 weeks (!!) and in the website it says 72 hours?
                  It that 72 hours just bad translated in the app by confusing days and weeks? Or it is really 3 weeks????? and is time on the website wrong?

                  I don't get it....
