Why can't I use my bunq Metal Card on Fitbit Pay?

My maestro and other Mastercards are all working. But not the metal card.

And this Metal Card stands for the sustainability of bunq. 🌳🌳🌳 I use Fitbit Pay everyday and actually never have my physical cards with me...

I do not use FitBit but according to bunq official documents, it is possible and working.

Barry Have you tried: "If you can't add the card to Fitbit Pay, we can suggest to logout and back in to your app in order for the tokenization to work"?

Thijs Thanks for the response. I did what you suggested and relogged in in the Fitbit Pay app. But still my Metal Card won't be accepted.

Barry Can only recommend to report this to support so they can hopefully fix it soon. Seems to me like their main focus for mobile payment is on Apple Pay and Google Pay, but they officially state that they're supporting FitBit Pay so imo that means all cards are supposed to work.

Jakob Thanks 👍 I will first contact Fitbit, maybe they can help. Otherwise I will contact the bunq support.

Luckily my maestro works well on Fitbit Pay.
