  • Used to get 3 Free cards

When I first made my account about 4 years ago, 3 cards were included free of charge, nowadays, it’s wants me to pay 9 euros.

Do the free cards no longer apply, do I still get them because I’m a long tik customer?

Any ideas?

@William-Violet-Jaguar#252287 De 3 gratis kaarten zijn eenmalig, wanneer een kaart verloopt of vervangen moet worden, moet hier inderdaad voor betaald worden

        Hi 🙌,
when bunq 🌈 changes features availability for its plans usually it lets user know what is given for the price and if any transition periods to new plans is needed, also information on when the new rules will be in place.
I was impacted from changes done to the Easy Green plan in the past and Metal Card but all the info were sent in advance with plenty of time to decide what to do.

Right now these are the plans offered with its respective features... which I believe you looked at already:

You might want to open a support request with bunq🌈 via the App if you need clarifications:

Good luck 🍀 and have a great day ☀️

@HeRovaZy#252288 Dat is niet waar, je hebt recht op één gratis vervanging per kaar

@William-Violet-Jaguar#252287 On bunq.com you can see the available plans, and how many cards you get per plan

Replacements (especially for expired cards, but also up to once a year if lost or damaged) are supposed to be free on the Easy Money and Easy Green plan.

If instead of ordering a replacement through the usual flow, you order a new card and delete the old one, that doesn‘t count as a replacement and therefore might incur costs.

If you‘re under the impression that you have been billed for production of a card even though you shouldn‘t, contact support and they‘ll be able to look into it for you.

In the last weeks I have seen a few posts about people not receiving the replacement notification that you normally get when your card is about to expire. I haven‘t seen that acknowledged officially as a bug anywhere so cannot say what the reason exactly was, but it‘d seem to me like asking support could be a good idea just to get clarity.
