True, Bunq offers you a prepaid credit card, meaning you get no credit from Bunq.

Bunq does not offer credit.
Merchants see your card as a credit card but as you do not have a credit line with bunq, like anyone else, any amount you spend must be available on the connected sun-account.
Basically for merchant is a Credit Card, for you is a debit card

You can go negative if for example you spend the amount allowed for off line transactions and you do not have that amount in your sub-account.
Then the Credit Card is blocked until you rebalance your account to positive value.
