Ik heb nu een persoonlijke account met Easy Money en een zakelijke account met Easy money Business. Ik word dus 2 keer afgeschreven elke maand, maar ik gebruik de persoonlijke nooit. Kan ik dit opzeggen en alleen de Easy money Business gebruiken? Of gaat dan ook de zakelijke rekening weg als ik het opzeg

    of course you can always decide to cancel your personal account. You have to log in to your personal account and then you can do so easily directly from My Subscription in your Profile.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Profile
    2. Tap on Settings ⚙️
    3. Select My plan
    4. Tap on Close Account
    5. Select Close my account

    At the moment there seems to be a little bug 🐞, if you try to close your account over the app, but bunq is already working on it. You can read more about it here:

    So you can contact bunq Support in the app by following these steps, if you also are affected by the bug 🐞 and having problems with closing your account:

    1. Go to Profile
    2. Tap on Settings ⚙️in the right corner on top
    3. Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support

      @pqckmqn#253893 Dus als ik mijn persoonlijke account opzeg, dan blijft mijn zakelijke account gewoon. Ik zag namelijk ‘account opzeggen’ maar was bang dat dan ook de zakelijke account opgezegt word

        @New-Violet-Otter-3473655367#253894 You’re business account has a different log in than your personal. So if you log in to your personal account, you will only cancel the subscription for that account.
