  • Card not verified in Google pay

Hi I'm trying to verify my card in Google play . In order to do that they tell to call an Amsterdam located number but then after they can provide support on the phone ??? How can I verify my card ????

    Profile > Settings > Personal information > Phone number

      @Cristian-Blue-Penguin#254605 You're also able to add cards directly to Google Pay from the bunq app, no need to use Curve.

        Curve is not working in all countries where bunq does business and given all bunq Cards can be added to both Apple Pay and Google Pay effortless I really do not see using this other layer would make any sense.

          @thijsoost#254607 Certo che è possibile aggiungere. Curve è solo una possibilità alternativa che peraltro permette di portare tutte le carte in una sola. È possibile utilizzare carte che non sono riconosciute direttamente da Google pay o Apple pay.

              Non è detto, curve ad esempio permette di ricevere cashback bunq no.

                      @Berend-Lime-Hummingbird#271878 De oplossing is meestal je telefoonnummer toevoegen in de bunq app en in je Google account. Als je vervolgens vanuit de bunq app op de pagina van een kaart op "Toevoegen aan Google Pay" tikt zou dit zonder problemen moeten gaan. Ik heb vorige week nog een kaart toegevoegd zonder problemen.

                      Het telefoonnummer in je bunq instellingen en Google instellingen moet hetzelfde zijn. Ook moet je dit telefoonnummer tijdens het toevoegen van de kaart invoeren.

                        Hi Thijs,

                        I have a similar issue. I have updated the number on my Google account and it correlates to my Bunq account, though I am having difficulty when having to verify/approve the card for Google pay.

                        Is there a way of perhaps starting the process from scratch as at the moment the card is pending but refuses to verify
