Iyen Hi Iyen! A card isn't send automatically after you signed up for bunq, you have to order a card yourself. Have you ordered a car already, manually?
Yes I have ordered for the card and they said two weeks for the card to arrive but it’s up to one month I didn’t receive the card!
Iyen Have you checked your address to make sure it's correct? If it's correct, I recommend contacting bunq support.
Yes they’re 100 % correct but I don’t know what going on
