You can solve the issue by following these steps:
1 Open the settings of your phone
2 Go to "Apps & notifications" and tap "See all (...) apps"
3 Open Google Pay
4 Tap "Force stop"
5 Open "Storage & cache" and tap "Clear cache" and "Clear storage"
6 Reboot your phone
7 Open the Play Store, find Google Pay and check for updates and install them
After that you can try again from the bunq app to add your card to Google Pay.
Also you need to make sure that in your profile the phone number indicated is correct and it is the one for the device you use. It can be changed from the App.
