@New-Peach-Fawn-3948548688#262357 Weird! My incoming payments have been instant 🤷🏼‍♂️

@thijsoost#262350 Only ones Ive gotten instantly in august are when I send a payment link.. so it’s very mind boggling. Nothing else to do but wait.

I sent the payment to the revolut account and did not arrive, after time I sent it again and it arrived in a second, the first transfer still did not arrive

@New-Peach-Fawn-3948548688#262357 what you are describing is really weird.

If you have the energy to investigate, you can to this:
Export a statement of a time frame that contains transactions that were received instantly and transactions you experienced to be delayed.
Now in the pdf there are two dates. They should be the same, if not, you can ask support why.
However, whatever problem is causing the delay in the chain, if the dates on the pdf are later than your employer’s or friends’ transactions, then for whatever reason it was delayed, it happened in-between banks.

Another note: formally, to avoid a single point of failure, also log-into bunq in a second device. The app does not tell you when you are looking at information that is out of date.

@Joeri-Silver-Lynx#262509 Transactions between banks are very complex, because of the great number of different systems banks use. Therefore it can happen that a payment that's usually instant gets sent as a regular SEPA transfer. It can also happen that a payment gets stuck, then a bank employee needs to search for the payment and release it manually.

You mentioned contacting support, but it should be Revolut support. Once a payment has left bunq, there's nothing else bunq can do. The receiving bank, Revolut in this case, needs to investigate the payment.

Duni can export a single transaction statement from the bunq app and send it to another bank, so they have the info they need. In case Revolut asks for a transaction ID, you need to contact bunq support, since you can't see this ID in the bunq app yourself.

Un virement fait hier peut arriver aujourd’hui ?

@Eyden#262519 If the payment wasn't sent as an Instant Payment, it takes 1-2 business days. Today is Saturday, which isn't a business day. A payment sent yesterday arrives Monday or Tuesday.

@thijsoost#262517 Thanks for the context info. It sheds light on stuff we do not see.

About the reference to support, that was in context when the two dates on the statement pdf are different.
Identical dates (transaction date, by interest date) show that bunq doesn’t “nibble” of transactions (by earning interest) as was suggested in this thread.

@New-Peach-Fawn-3948548688#262312 I’ve noticed this too. Every payment is getting a lot slower. Everyone keeps saying things that make sense and could be true, however it now happens a lot and with different banks and payments.

Something is up. This can not be out of a sudden.

@Pascal-Grey-Dolphin#262527 Exactly. It came out of nowhere and it’s very annoying.
