I tried to open an account, as a Swiss citizen living in Germany for more than 10 years, I only have a Swiss passport. I have now been informed by support that I will not receive an account because of this. I even announced my German tax ID. The support doesn't really want to or can't help me either, and gives me a standard answer which documents could I provide?

In general these documents are accepted for identity verification: https://together.bunq.com/d/3355 But there the Swiss passport is included so that apparently doesn‘t mean much in your case.
I‘m not sure if you can get an Aufenthaltstitel from the Ausländeramt as a Swiss citizen? These plastic cards should also be accepted and they also would include your German Meldeadresse on a single card, so it might be better for passing through verification.
Of course you might also want to send your Meldebescheinigung that you got when registering at city hall. Only ideas that come to my mind.
