  • Payments are not arriving

Hi,
People have sent me money twice, and they have proof that it did got sent from their account. Meanwhile I haven’t received anything and it’s been over 2 weeks.
Is there something wrong with the system?

        I lost my card and froze my acc and that was the acc linked to the IBAN. Do you know how I can solve this? Like where is that money😳

          And "your account was linked to the IBAN"? A sub-account has an IBAN; it's the same thing...

          So I'm not entirely sure what you meant, could you elaborate a bit more?

              @thijsoost#264808 Yeah I mean I froze the card. The card I froze, had the IBAN that I sent to people that payed me.
              They made their transfer to that frozen card
              So I kind of gave them the IBAN to a card that is frozen.
              Do you understand?

                @New-Mustard-Mouse-1901833792#264811 You said people made a transfer to a frozen card. But you can't transfer money to cards (only refunds). You can only transfer money to an account via the IBAN.

                So you didn't give them the IBAN of a card, because a card doesn't have an IBAN. You gave them the IBAN of one of your sub-accounts.

                If you freeze a card, nothing changes for payments between IBANs.

                  Zoals ik al zei, kan je een betaalonderzoek starten via de link die ik je stuurde, als je je geld niet hebt ontvangen na 2 werkdagen.
