Hey op bunq staat er dat ik via paysafe cash contant geld kan storten. Oke ik heb dus alles stappen gevolgd en ook een streepjescode van de app ontvangen, wil dit vervolgens bij een van de aangegeven verkooppunten doen maar dan zeggen ze dat ze dit niet accepteren en nooit doen. Wat kan ik nu doen?

They made their transfer to that frozen card
So I kind of gave them the IBAN to a card that is frozen.
Do you understand?
My question is, if that could be the reason I haven’t received my payment.

People have sent me money twice, and they have proof that it did got sent from their account. Meanwhile I haven’t received anything and it’s been over 2 weeks.
