Johan Bij het Easy Bank abonnement heb je recht op het volgende:

1 gezamenlijke rekening
1 persoonlijke rekening
1 spaarrekening
1 pas

Aangezien je op dit moment 0 passen hebt, kan je dus nog gewoon een pas bestellen zonder extra kosten en deze aan de gezamenlijke rekening koppelen.

Johan Je kan zeker een persoonlijke rekening aanmaken en hier geen geld op zetten.

Maar je kunt ook gewoon een pas bestellen zonder een persoonlijke rekening aan te maken.

En ja, die pas kan je koppelen aan de gezamenlijke rekening en hiermee betalen. Deze kan je ook toevoegen aan Apple Pay.

Johan Nee dat kost je geen €10. Je hebt het Easy Bank abonnement van €2,99. Dit abonnement is inclusief 1 pas. Aangezien je nog geen pas hebt, kan je gratis een pas bestellen.

Ga naar Home > Meer > Pas toevoegen, en bestel een pas. Dit is gratis. Je abonnementkosten blijven €2,99/maand. Koppel deze pas aan je gezamelijke rekening om ermee te kunnen betalen van deze rekening.

Johan That is probably just a display bug. If you actually order the card and it's your first card, you won't incur any production fees. See this topic: https://together.bunq.com/d/51409

What you describe here in the thread is very straight-forward at bunq. You both order your card that is included with your plan, you can then use it to spend from your Joint account. Nothing more needed. All cards also work with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Jakob Thanks for jumping in as well Jakob. You guys challenge me in thinking outside the bunq box.

But I’m afraid it’s not a display but. Also in the summary there’s “one time 9,99” and “no monthly fee”.

Johan Yes that’s exactly how the bug presents itself. It shows a production fee when really you don’t have to pay one as it’s included with your plan.

Jakob Okay. Seems to work. Seems that I haven’t payed anything.

And I was able to connect it to my shared account.

Strange other bug: now I have two cards in my wallet. One I don’t see actively (because it’s not activated) and one I see because that one is activated.

So doesn’t really bother, but it’s a strange artifact

Johan Good to hear you got it working! About the two cards: maybe I wasn‘t able to fully follow the Dutch part of this thread, but do you know why that happened? I thought this was the first card you ordered, so why would there be two cards?

Jakob Yeah, really strange.. I tried to complete one until the last step (but didn’t do anything with Apple Pay yet). Other than that, i did nothing with Wallet.
