I fixed the issue and hopefully works for you too.
In my case I had Private Relay from Apple enabled, a kind of soft VPN.
Once turned off the URL worked immediately.
If you have the same turned on or you are working behind VPN or some corporate network, you should probably switch it off and use cellular network instead of WiFi.
