Bonjour je viens d'acquérir le compte bunq depuis 1 semaine a peu près j'essaye de faire un virement et une fois le virement envoyer celui ci et directement annuler la cause et Payment was reverted for technical reasons.

Bilel Hi! This is a known issue. This is because bunq transfers money to Boursorama as an Instant Payment. But this bank wants the first transaction to be a regular SEPA transfer, not an Instant Payment. Unfortunately, there's no way to force a regular SEPA transfer.

Boursorama should just accept Instant Payments 🤷🏼‍♂️

This is a known issue, but there's no solution at the moment.

I am not sure how you are trying to execute the transfer, but I would contact bunq support via the App.
Make sure to add all information possible like errors and screen shots.

Thijs C'est pour une ouverture de compte chez Boursorama je dois envoyer 300 euro pour ouvrir un compte Boursorama depuis mon IBAN bunq car à mon enregistrement c'est celui là que j'ai donner IBAN Bunq comment faire alor je ne peu rien faire ?

Bilel As far as I know, it's at the moment indeed not possible to transfer money from bunq to Boursorama.

BigBoss 🇪🇺 Ils mon dit qu'ils refuser car pour l'ouverture d'un compte il faut un virement normal et non instantanée avec le RIB que j'ai fourni cette à dire celui ci mais bunq ne fait pas de virement normal du coup il refusent d'ouvrir mon compte

Bilel Quelle bande de crétins, bunq envoie en instant et s'ils veulent le recevoir en normal ils peuvent le faire. Demande au support bunq s'ils peuvent le faire manuellement en virement classique. Tiens nous au courant

Waarom is de betaling niet doorgegaan?

Olena Het is niet doorgegaan omdat bunq transacties naar Boursorama overmaakt als Instant Payments. Maar deze bank wil dat de eerste transactie een gewone SEPA-overboeking is, en geen Instant Payment. Helaas is er bij bunq geen manier om een reguliere SEPA-overboeking af te dwingen.

Boursorama zou gewoon Instant Payments moeten accepteren, dan is het probleem opgelost. Dit is een bekend probleem waarvoor momenteel geen oplossing bestaat.

Thijs Boursorama accepte les paiement instantané oui mais pour une ouverture de compte il demande en premier un virement non instantanée juste pour l'ouverture de compte il faudrai que je vois plutôt avec bunq

Bilel Correct, that's what I said in my first comment. The problem is that they don't accept Instant Payments for the first payment.
