Why I can not use my debit and credit card with just easy money plan ?
Martin Hi! I'm on the Easy Money plan, and I'm using both a Maestro debit and a Mastercard credit.
Why are you unable to use your cards? Is there an error message, for example? Could you give a bit more explanation?

Martin That's strange. You're sure you're not using the Easy Savings plan? Please check in the settings (Profile > Settings > My plan).
If the Easy Money plan indeed is active, please contact bunq support.

Too bad. It seems the easy plan doesn't come with FREE card anymore : (
Zhiyuan The Easy Savings plan is a savings account, not a fully working bank account. Therefore it doesn't have cards included. The Easy Bank plan has one free card included. The Easy Money and Easy Green plans have three free cards included.
