  • problems with returning money?

Anyone having problems with returning money?i have order something and 1 uhr later cancel order but i didn't receive money back?

    @New-Golden-Quokka-3641122428#268772 Hi! How fast you receive a refund from a store, depends on the store. It often takes 1-3 business days for most stores to refund your money. But sometimes it can take up to a week or longer.

    This isn't something bunq can speed up, it depends on the refund process of the store.

This isn't an automated process, but has to be done manually by an employee in most cases. If you didn't receive your money back after a week, please contact the store.

          I just received thath i must kontakt amazon but amazon told my i must kontakt bank, this is really katastrofe

            @New-Golden-Quokka-3641122428#268926 I have received my Amazon refunds (and generally refunds) always after just a few hours. Sometimes the merchant takes a little bit longer to send it, but nowadays it's only getting better in my experience. With the processing from bunq I never had issues, that was always instant.

              @New-Golden-Quokka-3641122428#268772 Ik heb vorige week voor €73 getankt in Denemarken waarbij €205 is gereserveerd op de kaart maar het het restant tot op heden niet retour gehad. Shell Denemarken heeft het nagekeken en zij zeggen het te hebben retour gestort dus dat het probleem bij Bunq ligt. Contact met Bunq is echt onder de maat als je vraagt of ze willen helpen.

                Refunds can take a while. There's no "problem" here if the waiting time has only been a week. Therefore nobody would be able to help you, neither Shell nor bunq.
