Hi, does anybody know what happens to the 215€ when ordering a credit card ? Because I can’t see the money on the credit card I ordered?

    Taking a guess based on the amount you mention: You probably ordered a bunq metal card and this is the amount you prepaid for your bunq subscription (12 or 24 months) to be able to order the metal card:

    Not quite sure why you would expect the money you paid for the subscription to show up in your account balance though...

    If that's not it, you need to provide more information and/or contact bunq support.

      @master#269506 Yeah I understood now! But I have already ordered it and it’s on the way! Is it possible to cancel it now and get the money back ?

        If the card is already produced and on its way - probably not. But asking nicely doesn‘t hurt.

            Even if they are not able to cancel it, you haven't wasted your money, since the 215Euro are used to pre-pay your Easy Green or Easy Money plan for the next 1or 2 years. 😉
