Yair It depends on the deal. Read the description, and then you know if it something you can also use or not 👍

There are definitely some deals that should also be usable for Bulgarian users. For example 3GB for free at DENT, the bunq Pack plan or 2 months of Flow premium plan for free. These and more should all, to my knowledge, work in Bulgaria without issues.
