This status means that the merchant has initiated a refund to your bank account. You’ll receive the payment once the merchant sends out the funds. This usually happens within the next day, but normally it may take up to 7 days.
How will the status of my refund change?
- If the merchant sends the funds within 30 days, the payment status will be changed to “Received” ✅
- If the merchant doesn’t send the funds within 30 days, the payment status will be changed to “Expired”.
- If the payment is “Expired” and you’re entitled to receive funds from the merchant, make sure to contact them for further assistance with your refund.
