What does the Merchant Pending Payment Refund status mean?

This status means that the merchant has initiated a refund to your bank account. You’ll receive the payment once the merchant sends out the funds. This usually happens within the next day, but normally it may take up to 7 days.

How will the status of my refund change?

If the merchant sends the funds within 30 days, the payment status will be changed to “Received” ✅
If the merchant doesn’t send the funds within 30 days, the payment status will be changed to “Expired”.
If the payment is “Expired” and you’re entitled to receive funds from the merchant, make sure to contact them for further assistance with your refund.

Merchant has issued a refund. We are waiting up to 30 days for the money to arrive. Once we get it we’ll release them to your account.
