  • Credit Card automatic back up sub account removed

HI πŸ–,
I am dealing with an issue on Easy Budgeting nd I got to know that the Automatic picking of a Sub Account from the Credit Card when funds on the primary account are not sufficient had been removed.
TO use the secondary sub account you now need to use the secondary pin. There is no more automatic back up... no more back up.
I am not sure based on which thinking this feature had been removed... no communication anywhere.. and the sloppiness does not stop there... if you check this document it still report the feature as available... I mean.. updating help documents should be the basics of any change done:

    @Gianguig#271747 I run into the same problem yesterday* for the first time. Card payment was declined, because of low funds, were enough money was on the backup-Account (which steps in, last year, without a problem) but did no longer. Support says, the backup feature does not exist...
    But it is also shown on there website: https://bunq.com/benefits/secondary-pin
    I would guess it is a BUG and they are doing something big with the cards??

      @SimonM#274482 Hi Simon!

      The backup feature was removed when we introduced the AutoSelect feature. You can now set up Easy Budgets to your monetary accounts and the amount will be deducted from the respected sub-account based on the category of the payment if the AutoSelect feature is allowed for your card.
