• Savings Goal

Hi there,

New bunqer here so forgive me if this is already posted, couldn't find it anywhere though.
When I open a savings account and add a savings goal, and after that I want to delete that savings goal, that is not a possibility, right? How can I delete a savings goal?

    Hi and welcome,

I guess you created a savings sub account. This is an account for savings. You cannot turn it into to standard sub-account. Therefore you have to create a new one as normal sub account oder easy budgeting sub account. If you don't want a savings account, you can delete it. After 60 days it will deleted forever and not counted towards your 25 Limit in easy money etc.

Although you can try to set your goal to zero, maybe this is possible. But it will remain a savings account. This is possible over the settings icon in the sub account on the right top corner in the app.

    I hope this was helpful.

You can also ask the support in the app for more detailed explanation.

    Have a nice day

I also want this feature! Now that bunq is offering savings accounts without a ‘savings goal’ (thank God), and changing the ‘savings goal’ display to ‘savings account’ in multiple places, why not just let us delete an existing goal?

For now, you can open another savings account without a goal, transfer all the money in, and delete the old account. That would be a workaround, I guess.

@NetRunner20#273269 setting the goal to zero is not possible. At least on my iOS app.

@xiaoming#273312 It's only possible when creating a savings goal. You can't set it to €0 on an already existing savings goal.
