• Unable to upload documents in the Bunq app

According to the Bunq app I (once again?) need to upload several documents to prove who I am, where I live and how I make money. This is required for the 'Easy investments' account provided by third-party 'Birdee'.

However, when I try to upload the required document I keep getting an error message (see screenshot)

In the meantime I'm unable to access my 'Easy investments' account (that includes withdrawing my funds)

    @QNimbus#275656 did this ever get resolved? I'm waiting 3 weeks for support to fix the same problem with me
