• Bargeld einzahlen, aber die App generniert keinen QR-Code

Hallo an Alle,
ich wollte gerade Bargeld einzahlen, aber die App generniert keinen QR-Code, bzw. verschwindet er hinter der Standortanfrage. Wähle ich dann händisch den Laden für die Einzahlung aus, passiert gar nichts. Hat jemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte?

      Hey, Same Problem Here. No Barcode will Show up. I can push the Button for showing the Code but there is no Response to that.

        Das selbe Problem seit Ende Mai und seit Ende Juni auch keine andere Möglichkeit (ApplePay etc.) außer Überweisung. ich habe mittlerweile ein Prozedere von mehr als 2 Monaten hinter mir mit dem Kundenseervice... 😓 Es fing alles damit an das ich eine mir fremde Person verizieren sollte…
