• Fun trick with bunq.me links

I use bunq.me to get money back from people when I can’t be bothered making a request. Did you know that you can use / to add in amounts, descriptions and even payment methods?

If I want to get back €10 for pizza, I just WhatsApp:
bunq.me/dhof/10/pizza
and the payment details are pre-filled.

The general structure is
bunq.me/{link}/{amount}/{description}/{payment method}
You can even add a /ideal at the end to preselect the payment method.

For me, it’s faster to type this than to create a request or create a Tikkie. Cool little feature, I think 😎

        The description not showing up is a bug. Also, it's not showing up in the payment details anymore.
        This broke this month, as I have been using this for over 2 years for invoice numbers that automatically get processed. Not cool. Is there already a bugreport for this? I can provide more details if needed.


          I tried to find it, looks like bunq is deleting bug reports? The search shows it, but no page?
