If you're already using a DE IBAN, I think it's best to contact Logpay.
@New-Magenta-Weasel-2136824640#279065 There are many hundred different transportation companies in Germany that all sell the same DeutschlandTicket. You don't have to choose one that uses Logpay. They are in my personal opinion one of the worst financial service providers, especially when it comes to dealing with foreign banks. That being said, it should still be possible to use Logpay, just make sure to try out different payment methods (for example credit card instead of direct debit) and/or complain to the respective company.
Or just choose a different transportation company for buying the ticket. I'm using mopla with my bunq Mastercard and it's working perfectly seamless. No Schufa lookup, cancellation possible until last day of the month, Apple Wallet integration and solid apps/website also on desktop.
