As a certified bank, we’re required legally to know your nationality. If you complete the verification of your account using your driving license, where your nationality isn’t mentioned, we will ask you for proof of nationality at a later date.
What is required from me?
If we don’t have the necessary information regarding your nationality, we’ll reach you out through the app. All you need to do then is inform us by following the in-app flow mentioned below:
- Go to 👤 Profile
- Tap on Awaiting Event
- Tap Add Nationality
- Select your nationality
- Tap on Submit
- Done 🎉
What if I have more than 1 nationality?
If you have more than 1 nationality, you should always inform us about all your nationalities.
- Go to 👤 Profile
- Scroll down to Personal Information
- Tap on Personal Information and scroll down to the Nationalities section
- Tap on Add Nationality
- Tap on Submit
- Done 🎉
I’m a US citizen. Is there something additional required from me?
As a US citizen, we’ll also ask you for additional information through the app. To provide us with it, follow the instructions mentioned below:
- Go to 👤 Profile
- Tap on “Extra information needed” under Activity
- Select your nationality and tap on Submit
- Enter your SSN number
- Tap on Submit
- Done 🎉
