Today, August 16, 2023, our monitoring detected a hiccup in our Payday feature. Some of you mightâve noticed that todayâs Payday payout was missing yesterdayâs MassInterest earnings. This means you received less interest than you should have.
â ď¸ Important Note: Weâve released the fix by making a separate payment to your bunq account, which includes the amount of interest that you should have received, but that wasnât paid out correctly.
How to identify my Payday correction?
Youâll be able to identify this correction as you'll see a new payment from bunq, and its description will explain that it relates to the interest correction.
Please note that - in case you earn interest on multiple currencies - each currency will have a separate correction.
