bunq Payday is your automatic weekly summary of everything youâve earned with bunq over the past week. If you receive MassInterest, Cashback, or plant trees, Payday helps you track your earnings effortlessly.
Whatâs included in my bunq Payday?
MassInterest đ¸ - Your interest is paid weekly, with a daily breakdown of what youâve earned. Interest is calculated based on the lowest balance in your savings account each day.
Cashback đ° - Earn Cashback on eligible Credit Card payments and see an overview of which payments qualify.
Total earnings đ¤ - Track how much youâve earned in interest and Cashback over time.
Trees earned đł - See how many trees youâve earned.
How can I see my Payday?
To find out when your next Payday is, follow these steps:
- Go to đ¤ Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap âRewardsâ
- See your Payday in the middle of the screen
Where will I receive my Payday earnings?
To check the Bank Account youâre going to receive your payout on, follow the steps below:
- Go to đ¤ Profile
- Scroll down and tap âRewardsâ
- See the payout Bank Account next to âPaid toâ
If you earn in different currencies, payouts are made to the oldest active Bank Account in each currency. To receive earnings in a specific currency, you must have an active Foreign Currency Bank Account in that currency. If you donât have a Bank Account in a certain currency, we wonât be able to pay out your interest in that currency.
How can I change my payout Bank Account?
You can only change it to another Bank Account in the same currency as your Payday earnings. To do so:
- Go to đ¤ Profile
- Scroll down and tap âbunq Paydayâ
- Tap âPaid toâ and select the desired Bank Account
Can I change my Payday day?
No, the weekday of your Payday is automatically assigned and cannot be changed.
How can I disable bunq Payday?
You can disable this feature by simply following the steps below:
- Go to đ¤ Profile
- Scroll down to and tap on Rewards
- Disable the toggle "bunq Payday"
Note: Disabling bunq Payday means you will stop receiving MassInterest and Cashback.
