Localized Card Protection only works if you have given the bunq app permission to access your location services and if you have internet available, otherwise we cannot know the location of your phone.
Now that you have switched to Allowed Countries, are you able to make withdrawals and payments without issue? If not, please reach out to support, let them know all of the details, and they will address the situation 🌈
