Hi there,

What are the average response times on support tickets?
I have opened a support ticket last week (1st of Sept) on assigning the correct IBAN country. It has been a week since it has been opened and no one has picked it up yet

    @New-Brown-Bat-536557158#283056 The average reponse time used to be within 48 hours. However, lately the response time is around ±8 days, according to some posts here on Together. Looks like support is very busy at the moment!

        Request is not urgent, however I can't get started with Bunq before it is resolved. Hopefully to support team will get back to me shortly.

          Well I have a ticket open with them from over a month so be prepared!
