Hi, i have tried multiple times to login on Bunq Web but it does not let me do anything. I have used my phone number and the access code for my app. But it says that it's wrong. How can i get access to bunq web?

If I understand correctly, you're able to access your account via the app, but not bunq Web.
I see you also have an email address attached to your bunq account. Please try logging in to bunq Web using this, rather than your phone number, along with your security code. If you're still not able to access your account, please reach out to our support team with details and, if possible, screenshots of what your experiencing, they'll be happy to assist you further 🚀

After a recent increase in scamming incidents, our team deemed disabling the QR login to be a necessary and viable means to prevent future attempts at scamming. We understand this may be a slight inconvenience for some people, but please know this decision was made in the interest of the security of whole banking ecosystem. If you've been relying on the QR to login to bunq web, you can follow these instruction to login with your account credentials and Onfido ID verification.

het is bizar wat sommige mensen proberen om je op te lichten. ik zie dat de QR code weer terug is. erg fijn.
